About us
Charlton Croquet Club is a small friendly Croquet Club with our lawn located in the village of Charlton Horethorne, South Somerset - between the towns of Sherborne & Wincanton.
This year, 2026, we celebrate our 20th Anniversary!
We play both Association and Golf Croquet.
New Members are always welcome.
The club is CASC registered (Community Amateur Sport Club), and belongs to Croquet England - the national governing body for the sport of Croquet in England.
The 2026 Club Competition Finals Day was held on Sunday 30th August 2026
What a wonderful day we had for the 20th Anniversary Competition Finals! The lawn was almost green, the showers were fairly short and the wind was co-operatively gentle.

Club Away Day, 31st July 2026
Following the success of last year's Club Away Day, we returned to Camerton & Peasedown Croquet Club for this year's Club Away Day.
